Hello, I went to see a JD 2210 compact tractor w/210 loader, 62" mowing deck and 4' bush hog w/217hrs. that was selling for $12,500. The guy selling had it for a year and said it was either a 2005/2006. I did ride it around and it seemed to have no issues. My question is = does this seem to be a good price for this machine? I need it to mow 3 acres and bush hog around 15 acres.

That's about the price you would pay for that set of equipment. You can get the work done with cheaper equipment, but the loader comes in handy. It would be worth about $2500, depending on the condition.
I don't know putting the bush hog behind it for the 15 acres, though. I know they match them up with that little tractor, but you can get a lot of trash in pasture mowing. If the 15 acres is like a large lawn it shouldn't be any problem.
