Can anyone help me out with a link to the DSC power 632 installer manual. I have a friend who purchased a forclosure with this alarm but have no idea how to lock/unlock the system as they don't have any of the passwords. So I need to know how to reset the system to factory defaults so it is once again usable.

The proper name to websearch with is "DSC PC 1555".

The FAQ sticky at the top of the forum gives the basics for defaulting the system if the default installer code has been changed.
