I have been redoing my daughters kitchen cabinets. I finished the first half with no problems. I stained the second half of the doors and they looked fine. I put the first coat of Minwax Polyeuthene on, and streaks started appearing. The color is between white and gray. They are not all over, just in spots. I have never had this happen before. Can anyone out there help me? Thank you.

This is not an uncommon problem with waterbase polyurethane. You can probably sand the spots out (carefully) and then apply another coat of finish AFTER STIRRING IT THOROUGHLY.
Varnish and polyurethanes separate into several components in the can. They must be stirred (I typically stir for 10 minutes) before you begin application. If the application takes more than 15-20 minutes, stop and stir again; it will separate that quickly.
