I have a Trouble Condition that I've identified as 7 - Sensor or Zone Low battery. After speaking with the service provider, I realize I need to install new batteries on BOTH my keypads. The service provider attempted to assist me with doing so, but was not clear in her instructions.

Question: Can someone provide clear step by step instructions for key pad battery replacement for this unit.

Currently, I cannot get the pad off the wall to access the battery. HELP!:wall:

need more info on your alarm. what exactly do you have? if you have a 5500 keypad, there is no battery there. if you have wireless zones, *2, if 7 lights up, press 7 again and it will tell you what zone you need to replace the battery in.
