I've searched and searched, called Sears, went to the store and still can't get a straight answer.
I need to know if a Craftsman snow blower 486.248392 will fit my dad's 2007 Craftsman LT2000 18.5hp Briggs.
It appears that the 486.248392 is the previous model since the new snow blower model is 24838. However, I don't believe the LT lawn tractor series had any chassis changes from the earlier models.
I am hoping to buy the snow blower on Craigslist for my dad.
Thank you

Well, to answer my own question, probably.
I found both manuals and the mounting changes are very minor and should not be a problem. At least I hope not because I bought it. Not a bad deal either, $500 unused and delivered.
