Does anyone have an idea (other than draining and resetting, which I have already done) on what could be wrong with a Polar water dispenser that dispenses room temperature water instead of cold water? Hot works fine and I've drained, reset and cleaned the machine twice. Could it be a thermostat problem, I can't find any specs on the machine
