Hello,

I am looking to add some shadow box mouldings in a room of my house but after looking at some big box stores it doesn't appear that any of the mouldings they carry are suited for the shadow boxes. Is there a particular style that most people use for this or do I need to go to a 'real' lumberyard for better options?

Thanks for your help!
Shaun

There's 170 pages of mouldings on Lowes website. What scale are you working with? I've seen chair railing used in this application if you have the right scale to the room. You might look as base cap for a smaller scale.....

Thanks for your response! I looked at the various moldings Lowes had online (didn't realize they carried that much online) and have decided upon using a base cap molding that will fit in perfectly.
