My kitchen cabinet door's mounting plate/Hinge assembly is broken. Specifically, the mounting plate of this assembly is cut. I have taken pictures of this but I am not sure how to upload in the thread.
The manufacturer of the hinge is Grass and the model number is 830-13.

If you can tell me where I can find this part, I'd really appreciate that.

Well, it may be under some warranty...seems like a quality company. I think I would contact them first and see about a replacement part.
