I have a sunroom that was built about 2 years ago. The roof is those 4 foot wide 3" thick panels. There is a leaking at the seams at some areas that look like rust. I thought everything was aluminum, so what could it be? Any suggestions?
Thanks

Not sure. There could be rusting screws on the roof of your patio enclosure, or maybe it's not rust at all. It could be dirty residue from the leak, or maybe you're seeing some discoloration from the foam along the edges of each panel where the drips are occuring.

Hope you've gotten ahold of the company that installed it so that they fix the leak.

speedrider,

Welcome to the forums.

Call the contractor who installed it and have him fix the leaks.

Don't know what the laws in Florida are, but in CA he would be responsible for the room for 3 years after it was installed, so fixing a leak is not something he can charge you for.

The rust is probably from a screw that wasn't caulked over or the caulking has seperated from it. Either way, that's where the leak probably is.
