Alright,

I figured it was time for me to activate the "monthly" test to my central station. After reading the manual, here's what I think I need to do, please verify:

Enter programming

*49

3 (monthly)

*64

602 (Period Test Contact ID Event Code)

Anything else I missed?

What you actually entered in *64 was 60, but that's ok, any non-zero entry in that location is good enough to activate the contact ID coding (contact ID codes only need an enabling code, they are hardwired into the system).

Now I gotta wait a month to see if it worked, or should it do a test as soon as I exit programming?

Some of the ademco panels send the first test around 12 hours after the function is activated, with others it's the next time the internal clock hits midnight. I've never been sure how the 10se worked in that regard. It's a pretty simple minded panel.
