Residential & Commercial Security - Locks, Keys & Dead Bolts - Need some door lock & bolt terminology

I would like to know what these things are called.
All my locks are Kwikset regular (not easy rekey type)
1) The lock on some of my broom closets that can never be set to unlocked. The outside knob is like a regular front door, with a key, but the inside knob is like a closet knob, with no turnbutton in the center.
2) The deadbolt on my fence can only be opened by key on either side. It can be left unbolted.
3) The "deadbolt" separating separating the workroom and the garage can only be opened by key on either side, but it cannot be left unlocked. The lock has no knob,like a deadbolt, but the "bolt" is a deadlatch like on a regular front doorknob.
4) What do you call those "keys" that are just small flattened bars that come with bed/bath knobs?

1) "Storeroom function" knob lock
2) "Double cylinder deadbolt"
3) "Double cylinder deadlatch"
4) "Token" keys; ie., any similar tool will work.

These are kind of general terms in use in the U.S.A.---Other English-speaking countries may use different terms.
