First, is each door on it's own zone?

Second, do you have a 2-line alpha keypad?

Third, do you have an installer manual? (Websearch using the phrase "Vista 20se installer manual")

Fourth, do _any_ of the doors have a delay? You may be trying to use a different entry than the original design was laid out for.

That's a start. You must provide details, we don't do this by crystal ball, and all alarms are custom by definition.

Ok, I'm gonna do this once. If you get stuck because you lose track, since you can't see the prompts with that keypad, you are on your own.

[installer code] + 8 + 00
*56
0* (no to program tool prompt)
Enter zone number: xx*
skip summary screen: *
Enter zone type: 01* (for entry/exit)
Accept default partition: *
Accept default report codes: *
Accept hardwire default: *
Accept summary screen: *
Decline alpha programming: 0*
exit zone programming: 00*

"lather rinse and repeat"
