HI
In my back yard i have this mound of ledge rock.
I am looking into cutting this ledge rock and shaping it into a pond or waterfall.
I need to know what kind of tools i need to use o cutting this rock.
I also have an artisian drain that comes from the back yard and into a pipe that leads underneath my driveway and goes into the street sewer drain some how.
Can someone please help me on what i can do here?

You are talking about cutting and shaping solid rock so it will not be easy. I assume you do not have the permits or experience with explosives.
Things to use to cut rock:
hand held, gas powered demolition saw
diamond blade in a circular saw
carbide or diamond tipped bit in a hammer drill or rotary hammer
jack hammer
grinder (you will consume a lot of grinding disks)
hammer and chisel (that's how the Egyptians did it)
