Hi, just wondering if people have had good/bad experiences with either of those online-activating alarm monitoring companies?
Are they reliable, and respond quickly to alarms?
Any other companies to consider?
Thanks.

I don't know about those particular companies, but I have my monitoring through Watchlight. Very good people, prompt call backs. I think I pay about $120/yr.

I have nextalarm and no problems with them. Signed up for 3 years for the discount.
They respond very quickly (1 false alarm). They were also very helpful with questions I had setting up the alarm and any pre-sales questions I had. They helped debug a few connection issues and were very knowledgeable/friendly. They sent an extra set of lawn/window signs at no cost. Also the website is OK, but I use the RSS feed more.
I think you'll find that it's the cops that don't respond too fast...
