Happy New Year. I have a 20" Electrohome model EH8041 no sound any help would be appreciated.

Could this set be accidentaly set to SAP.
I dont know if i am on the right path, i dont have a remote and it has very limited on screen menu.
Would it be worth it for me to pursue getting a remote to try and see if i can locate a SAP setting?
Any help ?
