Hello everyone, I joined the forum today and this is my first post.
I'm a rookie with electronics but great with programming. I learn very fast.
I need help to create a device with what I can send messages to another similar device. I'm trying to modify/create a calculator with what I can send messages to another calculator. I've got the logic of the program figured out, now I need some help with the following things:
- What items do I require?
- How do I build a such device (screen, normal calculator buttons: 0-9,+,-,*,/,c, bluetooth capabilities)
- A link to a guide on how to program electronics
First I figured if I just bought a working calculator and modified it by adding microprocessor, bluetooth chip etc. inside it but people at another forum told me that I will run into problems with the screen (not knowing what kind of data it accepts, etc.) so I guess I'll have to start from a scratch.
I can program the functions of a normal calculator to the device if someone posts a tutorial on how to program electronics.
Basicly I'm fine when someone helps me to create a device where I press a button (for example 1) and the same symbol will appear on the screen and also in the another device via bluetooth.
Cheers!
