I am trying to install a pocket door in my bathroom, i have gutted both sides of the wall and have a huge opening. My question is this. The information states to rough the door in at 85" height. Is that 85" from the finished floor or from the subfloor? I understand the width is twice the size of the opening plus 1". But the Height has me confused. If someone could explain this it would be great.

Since the manufacturer can't tell if you are placing the frame on subflooring or a finished floor, it would be the highest flooring unit under the frame. The 85" is needed for the trolley action and a space at the bottom.
