I just bought a house with an old DSC PC1550 installed and I would like to add a second keypad. The research I have done says that the 1550 can support up to three keypads and that you 'just hook up' a second one one you power down the system.
That has me a little stumped, the 1550 only has one set of terminals for the keypad so where do I hook up a second one?
thanks,
dj

To the same terminals. Keypads simply connect in parallel.
Do _not_ try to daisy chain off the back of another keypad. The voltage drop on the keypads will make the system unstable.
