i live in a community where we do not have to separate metal/plastics and paper for our recycing program.

i was wondering if PURINA CAT CHOW cat food bags are recyclable......18lbs the bags is some kind of plastic seems like its woven plastic (strong)

also the friskies 18lb bag....paper outside with plastic inside.

nowhere on either product is a recycling sybol or any info on % of post consumer product.

can i recycle these types of bags

to my knowledge no, the combination of paper and plastic would make them very difficult to recycle.

life begins when the kids leave home and the dog dies.
