:wall:This morning I noticed That the keypad is not ON and the the nothing seems to be working, except the door chime ( Only gives a very brief beep and not the continous beep) I have powered the system down twice for 30 mins and still no responce. The power supply reads 26.6 V and the battery also reads 13.4 v.
ANY suggestions.The system is only 6 months old and the installer is nowhere to be found. Thanks

Unplug the transformer and battery for a few minutes, and check the wiring connections to the keypad for loose or broken connections. Your power looks basically right (concord 3 is odd, and uses a 24v transformer), so I'm suspecting a bad keypad connection.

Then power it back up.

I have repowered the system couple of times but no luck. Even the M.Sensors are not working!!

What reading are you getting across terminals 1&2?
