I have a GE fridg. model #TBH22ZPE that doesn't freeze anymore. It's my secondary fridg so I'm not to the point where I want to call for help but would like to get it running before it starts to warm up outside (it's -20 now). I have both fans running but haven't had the time to check anything else. Any advise will be greatly helpful.

Take off the back and see what the compressor is doing. Running? Cycling?
