Where can I find diagnostic information / test procedures for
the oven / temperature controller for this range. Many sites
have illustrations per parts but I have not been able to find
testing information.
Resistance of broil and bake elements ?

The resistance will be low for either element, if you get a reading on the x100 scale, they are good. You didn't say what was your problem, no heat, wrong heat, completely dead?
