Figured I would post this for anyone else with the same issue.

Oven temp is 50-75 degrees low.
From the internet I read that a room temp sensor should register around 1900 ohms when measured accross the connector. Mine read about 1000 ohms and probably makes the the temp off by 50-75 degrees.

Replace temp sensor.
Found @ Cheap Appliance Parts from www.cheapapplianceparts.com (http://www.cheapapplianceparts.com) for $27

Steps: ( turn off power to oven at the breaker first)
Mine is a built in so the stove needs to be pulled out to get at the back panel.

Remove back panel, only top 4-6 screws are needed to give enough room to get at the sensor connector.

Connector for temp sensor is on right side ( looking at it from back). White cable with disconnect. Unplug this.

Unscrew sensor from inside oven ( two screws ).

Slide old sensor out, insert new sensor, replace screws, then reconnect cables. Screw backing on and slide oven back in place.

Simple as that.
