I have a Pella storm door that locked shut a week ago and it hasn't budged. We took off all plates, screws, handles, but no way to budge the lock. WD-40 didn't seem to help. I did read someone else's problem, and one suggestion was to remove the door at the hinges. Is that really necessary?? Can someone help?
