I have a networx nv8 lcd control pad that beeps continuously every thing is working well with no trouble or service light it will cease for 30 secs when *1 is pressed but then resumes the alarm will arm its driving me crazy I ve reset the panel etc and it remains anyone know the problem

Enter your user code. If it's beeping there is either a trouble, or a 24 hour type zone activated.

*1 is the command to change partitions. Do you have a user manual?

yes have the manual what i ve now done is change the touch pad number and off course its stopped but now I have expansion trouble and need to remove or put original (1) right

You must be careful with such blind poking around. It is very easy to get your system so scrambled up that all you can do is default and start over.
