I have a walk out basement. the inside has paneling and one inch of bead boad insulation then the block. If I waterproof the out side block with waterproofing to prevent the wind to blow throught would it be too much of a vapor barrier? then if I did it and insulate later would it be too much of vapor barrier then. what is the best to insulate the blocks with.
