I discovered a couple of small tears on my couch the size of a dime. Are their any ways to fix?

i really do not have the experience in uph repair needed to answer that correctly. But i would assume sewing a patch or just make a seam there would be need to keep it from spreading. Keys are a good culprit for rips that like.

The only way I would know how to "fix" it, would be to get some hand quilting thread in a matching color and a needle, and hand stitch it closed. Just try to make the stitches as small as necessary and even, so it looks neat.
I don't think iron on products will work on microfiber.
There is no way to fix it so you don't see the tears, without having it re-upholstered.
