My keypad says communication problem Im not using the panel to connect to a central station just using alarm locally how do I stop the panel from dialing out

In the Alarm FAG above, there is a section that tells how to do this, it sounds like a pretty simple process:)

Yes, in installer programming. The instructions for getting into program mode and extracting the installer code are also in the FAQ.
