I cannot get the "P1" to disappear after the time. Any thoughts on how to remove? Thanks.

It means "partition 1" I think it's a fixed part of the display. If you had other partitions, the keypads associated with those woud display P2, etc.

Enterprise download software is the only way to remove it/change it.
