Hi there....
I am renting a 1000 square foot house. It has only one zone and three bedrooms upstairs. I recently had the furnace serviced. All the filters where changed and he adjusted the air flow on my flame to increase it after he said "my flame sucked!". Now here's my problems. A few years ago the water would leak out the drainage pipe (please forgive my technical term ignorance!) whenever the furnace was running.......just enough to where I had to empty the bucket about once a week. It stopped for a few years and now after he serviced it the water is flowing out again at a steadier rate. I'm told this is a safety feature that happens when the pressure is over 30psi? Could this be from the bigger flame? Also my upstairs radiators are alot hotter than they ever where before. Also after looking myself I asked the heating tech who serviced the house for years before I moved in about the expansion tank and he told me he has looked all over the house and never found an expansion tank anywhere!!!! Why would the upstairs radiators seem hotter than the main floor?!!
