My blower motor seems to be really slow powering up. I don't think it has had any oil on it for a while. It does turn, would it be too late to oil it and do you have to remove unit to oil it. It seems to only run for alittle while then shuts down. I pretty sure the motor seems to be laboring while trying to build up speed.

I would replace the capacitor 1st. More than like the culprit. It's the metal object there on the housing. Just take it with you to a small motor repair shop or simular. They are usually under $10 bucks and worth a shot. If the capacitor don't help then your blower motor will need replaced.
