We just had a new Westinghouse Furnace and thermostat installed last Jan. we have not had any issues with it till this week. For some reason the furnace is shutting off before the desired temp is reached then starting back up again. It only stays on for a couple of minutes. What is going on? It's cold in here.

I suggest calling your installer back. If there is a problem, other than something like a dirty air filter, they should take care of it.

Yes, call the installers back. you should have a 1 yr. warranty, It is also possible that you are getting a drop in gas pressure. "GO COLTS"

Before you call them, have you been changing the filters as required? If they show up and it's dirty filters, you'll prob be paying for a service call.
