Problem 1
Since the 12Gal Truesteam is not making a dent in my house humidity(waiting for my audit report, have to tighten it up). I figured I would just run it when there is a call for heat. I changed option 374 to 2, which is only turns the humidifier on when there is a call for heat. Unfortunately the Truesteam is not coming on when there is a heat call. If I set the value to 1(force fan on), it will come on. I'm not sure what the problem is here.

Problem 2 (Not sure it is a problem)
When my heat goes on it ramps up immediately to second stage to heat and will then slow down to first stage. I don't recall this behavior prior to the Vision Pro IAQ. It used to start in stage one and ramp up to stage two and back down to stage one. Is there something wrong here?

Thanks.

How long does this run in 2nd stage?

This happens every time the t-stat calls for heat?

Yeah... something is up... I am wondering if you have a defect t-stat if the two problems is going on.
