Hello, I have a Carrier gas furnace (58PAV). I want to install in my basement. Do have to power vent this furnace. I have no chimmney. Thanks

With no chimney, gas appliances would have to be power vented - but only if designed to do so.
If your furnace model does not already have a power vent built right into it, I'm afraid you cannot just simply power vent just any old furnace. The flame could be snuffed out, for one thing.
Is this something you plan to rig up to some conventional furnace?, as opposed to a built in power vent unit for a high efficiency furnace? If you plan on self-rigging something, the power vent and exhaust pipe would have to come up to certain specs to be able to handle the heat, acidic gas, condensation, proper size, proper length and proper number of elbows - and be designed to handle such a flow through the furnace without snuffing out the flame.
[Hopefully all this is not the case, as I am in no position to recommend or advise in such a case.]
