My HE260 worked last season but it looks like the C (white) wire came off in the furnace (probably when I pulled the squirrel cage to clean it). Does the C wire go to the COM terminal on the 24 V transformer (also white wire).

The furnace is a Goodman...the red wire is on the HUM terminal.

It should be hooked up to 24volt side of C. (Where t-stat wires hooked up.)

Thanks for the quick reply! I wired the humidifier about 5 years ago and couldn't remember where the white wire went until I found the crappy crimp job I did on the connector....that is why that wire was hanging loose.
