I am looking for a 1" diameter spring loaded roller in a 24" length. I just need the tube with no blind or screen on it. does anyone know where i can find this?

It would probably be easiest to buy a cheap roller shade from Home Depot or Lowes or any hardware store for that matter, remove the vinyl (it's just stapled on) and cut the roller down to size.

I don't think Rowley sells the spring loaded rollers anymore, but I might be wrong. But maybe it doesn't matter.

Don't know what a large quantity is or what you're trying to put on the roller. Go to any local retailer (not Home Depot) that sells window shades and they will sell you shade rollers.
