Hi,

About 2 months after getting HE360A installed in my old house, wife decides we need new house, so I am at it again.

I have a Bard DCH080D48B with AC. I need to know how to wire the HE360A to this unit.

Link for manual to furnace, wiring diagram on page 29.

I sincerely appreciate any help that can be afforded.

Thanks

Jeff

Edit : Do you think this system is appropriate for my home? I am on public water and sewer, so water waste is a concern. My home is around 4000 sq feet. Should I be looking at a steam unit?

Double Edit : Looking at Honeywell Truesteam, it appears that the largest capactiy, 12 gal per day, only works for up to 3000 sq feet. Guess steam is out of the question, plus the unit costs are getting way up there.

is the home brand new? or "new" to you?

A brand new house, you may not need a humidifier since the home is "tighter" than older homes.

Let me know more about your home.

Home is new to us. It is approximately 15 years old, so it is modern construction methods and relatively tight. NG fired furnace (no heat pump) and everyone is exhibiting extreme static and dry skin. Definitely need a humidifier.

Today i checked to see if you had a chance to draw up a diagram for me. However, all our previous posts are gone and I do not know how to get back to that sting. Hoewever, it does not matter, I just need the wiring instructions.

Well I got it in and is functioning like a champ using install kit with sail.

Of course in the process I did create myself a problem. Tin snips were not sharp so I used jigsaw. Of course I punctured the aluminum coil and all freon escaped. Is this a pretty easy fix for a HVAC guy or are they gonna want to replace the whole A frame thingy?

It may be an easy fix, About $500 or so... If damage is bad, then may end up getting a new A-coil.
