Indoor Pest Control - Need Help on Knowing what this PEST is!!!

It has been a little over a year since I have been living at my condo. My first summer, I noticed these insects, that I have never seen before, everywhere.
In the kitchen (on the floor, in my tupperware and even in my cereal box)
Bathroom (sink, bathtub, lighting fixture)
Bedroom (in my bed and laundry hamper)
When installing a new bathroom light fixture, I noticed one dead on the old light cover. Click the link to see the picture.

Now again in the summer, I noticed while cleaning the kitchen floor a couple of very little clear/white worm-like creatures moving around. I also noticed worm-like creature, but more brown/black this time, on the base board on my walls and in my laundry hamper.
I am not sure what these things are. At one point I kept getting sick like server allergies. Not sure its becasue of these pest. Please help on idenifing what they are.

Your photo appears to be some type of beetle, possibly a foreign grain beetle or a wood chewing one.

If that was your beetle, I suspect you might be seeing the larvae in your bedroom and kitchen or you may have more then one type of pest. Take a look here for photos and info on pantry pests. The first link is for fabric pests and the second is for food pests.
