I tried to get all the glue off after I removed the old wallpaper. Even sanded to help remove the some of the old glue.I then applied a primer before painting. Now about 6 months later the paint is falling off in small pieces. What would be best thing to do now.

What primer did you use? It's generally best to use either zinnser's gardz or a solvent based primer.
About all you can do now is remove what's loose, patch as needed, prime and paint.

What kind of primer and yes what kind of paint did you use semi-gloss?
