I have a deck post that is leaning and was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to straighten this. I secured the posts with lag bolts connected to a bracket which is resting on the deck boards.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First I would determine why it is leaning. If the deck is not pulling away from the house or something then you either need to move the pier block, the attachment to the deck beam, or both to make it vertical.
