So the wife mentioned it this morning, and I have been meaning to get around to it so I went to Home Depot and bought a Whole House Humidifier. (Honeywell HE360A)

So I think this is where I am going to have to install it, on the DVD it says to make sure your AC coil isn't where you might drill into it, how do I know where that is?

Is this possibly the coil in there?

Yes, that is the A-coil in the case there saying "Comfort-Coil".
You can mount it on the silver ductwork above it as you show in your photo.
Did you get the kit?
If so, you won't need to use the sail switch in it.. We'll wire it up to your furnace. Looks like you have a Trane, model #?

Yes, I bought the kit. I see it says Trane XB on it, I don't see a number.

The XB is a very basic builder's model furnace, and there is no hook up for us to wire to.

I have a very nice Honeywell touchscreen thermostat...is there anyway to control the humidifier from it?

without a model number they wont be able to answer that. Your manual might be able to tell you, though.

As Capt mention, we need to know the model #.
If you have the Honeywell IAQ (TH9421), then yes it would work.
