I have my heating supply lines running in the attic (unheated and cooled) they are the flex duct type 6 inch with foil wrapping on them and the label says R 4.2 on it. Do these lines have enough insulation on them, should I look at doing something else to them? any ideas I live in VA. pretty cold in winter Would I gain anything by insulating them with something else, thet are pretty long runs.
