Hunter sells several versions of the All-Fan remote. Some are designed to be wall mounted and some are hand-held. Some require a three-wire feed to the ceiling and some only two. The ones that require only a two-wire feed can generally be used on a switch loop. Read the instructions carefully for details (even if you have to open up the packaging in the store since many products these days stupidly seal the instructions inside).
