I need to know if you have a sail switch or A50 Relay?
If you don't have either of those, then No, you can't.
If you do, please let me know what you have.

Ok, here you go.

For the "H" wire, i drew it in orange, use whatever unused wire you have in the wall, and use that color.
Note, if your furnace board don't show "C", it may be "B" instead

I believed my thermostat had a feature to set the RH (min and max). Let say, I set my thermostat to 70deg and my RH min 33% and max 40% after several minutes the set temp was already achieved but my set RH was not met yet with that wiring diagram is it possible that the fan and humidifier will be only running until it reaches the set RH inside the house? or let say the RH inside the house is within the set RH percentage and the room is calling for heat in this case, the the heater will run but not the humidifier.

For heating, set your Min setting.
For cooling, set your Max setting. (Suggest 50%)

Do you have this wired up yet? As I read in the manual, it says the fan will run as the t-stat calls for humidity.

It just a taught, since my T-stat is capable of controlling the humidifier what if ill just run one wire from humidifier directly to (H)of T-stat and and the other wire to C of Furnace and run another wire from C of furnace to the C of the t-stat with this wiring there's no need for me to use the step down transformer that was provided by honeywell so with A50.

You could do that, but the manual was not very clear if it "forced" the fan on if humidity is needed. If it does force the fan on, then you can do it.. But if it does not force the fan on, then you will need the A50 relay.
