I painted our bathroom with Lowe's Valspar granite chip paint and don't like the outcome - it looks like I am in a cave. Does anyone know how to remove the granite from the wall? I have tried 100grit sandpaper but the granite burns the paper away in about a minute.

Welcome to the forums!
I'm not familiar with the granite paint but generally the best way to fix it would be to skim coat over it with joint compound, then sand lightly and prime.
