I've installed 4 can lights, have power to the switch, power to the lights, power in the socket, but the lights will not come on.. Any suggestions

Probably could be one of a hundred things. With so few details, it's hard to even make a reasonable guess.

How are you measuring "power"?

How much of this was preexisting, and how much of it was new?

My first guess would be you dropped a neutral. But as John said it could be several other things.
