Ok this is kinda question and statement too.
It is ok by law to make your own bio diesel, it is ok to make your own wine and beer, then why can't we make our own corn alcohol fuel ? Why is it unlawfull to even make a "still" for personal drinking and not for sale.

you don't have to pay taxes on homemade beer or wine so why not shine or corn alcohol fuel.

Email A.T.F. They can explain the law and might even pay you a personal visit.

be careful it was on the news don't know when one guy made his own bio-fuel and next thing he know the governments knocking on his door saying either pay the diesel tax or a gasoline tax to keep using his homemade hybrid fuel sense hes using free fuel they want him to pay a tax on it.

At the very least, one would be not paying the road tax built into the cost of fuel.
