Hi,

I have a Tecumseh Snow King OHSK-130 that backfires, spits fire, and the exhaust gets red hot when it is running at full throttle. I've tried adjusting the throttle crack screw and the high-speed adjustments with no luck. Any guidance would be appreciated.

You may want to take a look at the flywheel key, it's possible that it may be partially sheared throwing the ignition timing off.
