State Select Model # GS6 50 YBRT Heater is ~3-4 years old.
Unlike the thread "Is This A Thermocouple Problem" where the burner only runs 5 to 10 minutes, my son's will run until the temperature is reached. Then, when the burner shuts off so does the pilot.
After reaching temperature and the pilot going out he re-lit the pilot and it stayed on for 20+ hours so I'd think the thermocouple is ok.
