I want to replace my current toilet for one with a higher rim so that my disabled mother can sit and rise easier. I am looking at an Aqua Source HET Elongated All-In-One Complete Toilet for $128 at Lowe’s. Some of the key features are:
Trap Way Size (Inches): 2
Rim Height (Inches): 17
High Efficiency: Yes
Toilet Flushing System: Gravity Fed
High Performance: Yes
MaP Performance Rating, in grams: 400
1.28 GPF high performance flushing
Siphon jet action flushing
I know this is not an expensive high end toilet but it is in our price range  and it looks good to me. But I’m not a Pro so any opinions on this toilet would help.
Also I know I need to install this toilet to an old cast iron drain and there was no real flange attached. Someone had embedded the hold bolts into the concrete on either side of the toilet to bolt it down. I would like to install a proper flange and I wanted to know the best way to go about this?? I’ve heard of a Twist-N-Set flange that goes into the pipe and then expands out when screws are tightened so it stays in the pipe; is this good? Is there a better way??
Any opinions and help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

OK I didn't notice until the message was posted but I guess the "high end" reference REALLY applies to this issue on several levels! :fpost: Funny by accident, that's me :AIO:

If you are serious about saving water, want a toilet that really works and is affordable, I would highly recommend a Caroma Dual Flush toilet. Caroma toilets offer a patented dual flush technology consisting of a 0.8 Gal flush for liquid waste and a 1.6 Gal flush for solids. Caroma, an Australian company set the standard by giving the world its first successful two button dual flush system in the nineteen eighties and has since perfected the technology. Caroma offers several "Easy Height" or ADA compliant models and with a full 3.5″ trapway, virtually never clog. The Sydney Model 305 Round Front Plus for example is rated to flush 1000g of solid waste. All of Caroma’s toilets are on the list of WaterSense labeled HET’s Find a WaterSense Labeled High-Efficiency Toilet | WaterSense | US EPA (http://www.epa.gov/watersense/pp/find_het.htm) and qualify for several rebate programs currently available as well as LEED points. Please go to Caroma: Quality bathroom products | Caroma (http://www.caromausa.com) for more detailed information or visit eco Transitions (http://www.ecotransitions.com/howto.asp) to see why they actually work better than any US toilet.
